2016—2025年四川省有毒植物食源性疾病事件流行特征分析
Epidemiological characteristics of foodborne disease events caused by toxic plants in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2025
目的 分析2016—2025年四川省有毒植物所致食源性疾病事件的流行病学特征,为科学防控提供依据。方法 通过国家突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统与食源性疾病暴发监测系统收集2016—2025年四川省网络直报的有毒植物食源性疾病事件相关资料,采用描述性流行病学方法对有毒植物食源性疾病的流行特征进行分析。结果 2016—2025年四川省共报告有毒植物食源性疾病事件459起,发病2 275例,死亡8例。时间分布上,2017—2020年为报告高峰期,2020年报告事件数最多(66起);第二季度为事件高发期,5月份事件数最多(72起)。地区分布上,绵阳(91起)、成都(59起)和凉山(58起)报告事件数居前列。致病因素前三位为四季豆/豆角(112起)、曼陀罗(43起)与化儿草(39起);致死病例主要由草乌/附子(5例)引起。发生场所以家庭和集体食堂为主;引发因素主要是误采、误用、误食及加工烹调不当。结论 有毒植物食源性疾病流行病学特征主要表现为季节性分布规律(春夏季为发病高峰)与地区聚集性。为有效防控四川省有毒植物食源性疾病事件,需加强精准健康教育、强化多部门协同管理以及提升监测预警与医疗救治能力。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne disease events caused by toxic plants in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2025, and to provide evidence for scientific prevention and control. Methods The data related to foodborne disease events caused by toxic plants directly reported through the network in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2025 were collected from the National Public Health Emergency Management Information System and Foodborne Disease Outbreak Surveillance System. Descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases caused by toxic plants. Results A total of 459 foodborne disease events caused by toxic plants were reported in Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2025, with 2 275 cases and 8 deaths. In terms of temporal distribution, the reporting peak occurred between 2017 and 2020, with the highest number of events reported in 2020 (66 events). The second quarter was the high-incidence period, with the highest number occurring in May (72 events). Regarding regional distribution, the top three regions with the highest number of reported events were Mianyang (91 events), Chengdu (59 events) and Liangshan (58 events). The top three pathogenic plants were kidney beans (112 events), Datura stramonium (43 events), and Gynura pseudo (39 events). Fatal cases were primarily caused by aconite (5 deaths). Households and collective canteens were the most common locations of outbreaks. Mis-collection, misuse, mistaken ingestion and improper processing and cooking were the main inducing factors. Conclusion The epidemiological characteristics of toxic plants foodborne diseases mainly manifest as seasonal distribution patterns (with incidence peaking in spring and summer) and regional clustering. The targeted health education, strengthened multi-sector coordinated supervision and enhanced capabilities in surveillance and medical treatment should be carried out to effectively prevent and control foodborne disease events caused by toxic plants in Sichuan Province.
