目的 了解安庆市宜秀区居民健康素养现况,为制定有针对性的健康促进区干预措施和策略提供依据。 方法 采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,抽取宜秀区社区居民、教师、医务人员、机关公务员、事业单位职工、企业职工中抽取360名15～69岁调查对象,开展健康素养问卷调查。 结果 安庆市宜秀区居民健康素养水平为3.0% ,具备基本知识和理念、健康生活方式与行为、基本技能的比例分别是7.0%、6.5%、5.5%;具备6类健康问题素养比例由高到低依次为安全与急救32.5%、科学健康观23.5%、健康信息13.0%、传染病防治11.5%、基本医疗4.5%、慢性病防治3.5%。年龄、文化程度不同,健康素养差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。职业人群健康素养水平以医务人员、事业单位职工最高,分别为79.3%和70.0%,企业职工最低,仅有26.2%。 结论 宜秀区居民健康素养水平不高,职业人群中企业职工健康素养水平偏低,提高居民和企业职工健康素养水平是健康促进区建设工作重点。

Objective The purpose of this study was to study the status of residents' health literacy in Yixiu district of Anqing, to provide evidence for targeted health promotion interventions and strategies. Methods We adopted multi-stage cluster random sampling method in Yixiu district. A total of 360 community residents, teachers, staff, office of civil servants, institution staff and enterprise employees aged 15-69 years old were extracted to complete health literacy questionnaire survey. Results The health literacy level of residents was 3.0%. The level of having basic knowledge and concept, healthy life style and behavior, basic skill level were 7.0%, 6.5% and 5.5%, respectively. The level of 6 kinds of health literacy from high to low were that safety and first aid was 32.5%, scientific health concept was 23.5%, science and medical treatment was 16.5%, health information access was 13.0%, infectious disease prevention was 11.5%, basic health care was 4.5%, and chronic disease prevention was 3.5%. There was statistical significance among different age group, and among teachers with different education level(P<0.05). The level of health literacy among medical staff (79.3%) and institutions' employment (70.0%) was the highest, and among corporate employees (26.25) were the lowest. Conclusion The residents' health literacy level in Yixiu district was not high, with the low level of health literacy among workers in professional crowd. How to improve health literacy of residents and enterprise workers should be at the focus of health promotion.
