摘要
目的 了解放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊发生情况。方法 调查415名不同类别医疗机构和不同岗位从事放射工作人员和762名非放射工作人员的眼晶状体混浊情况,分析眼晶状体混浊与电离辐射的关系、与放射工作人员年龄、性别、放射工龄、工种及工作单位的关系。结果 放射工作人员眼晶状体混浊与电离辐射有关,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=72.675,P<0.01);与年龄有关,随着年龄增加,混浊相对危险度OR为11.99、与性别无关,差异无显著性(χ2=0.702,P>0.05);与工龄、工种及各放射单位有关,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=14.029,P<0.01、χ2=14.457,P<0.01和χ2=18.615,P<0.01)。 结论 电离辐射可导致眼晶状体混浊,且混浊检出率随工龄增加而上升,介入放射学工作人员眼晶状体混浊检出率最高。
Abstract
Objective To understand the lenticular opacity of radiation workers. Methods Investigating the lenticular opacity of 415 radiation workers from different medical institutions and 762 non-radiation workers, analyzing the relationship of lenticular opacity with ionizing radiation, radiation workers' age, gender, radiation-exposed working period, type of work and work unit. Results The lenticular opacity of radiation workers was associated with ionizing radiation. Compared with the control group, there was statistically significant difference (χ2 = 72.675, P< 0.01). The lenticular opacity was associated with age, and with the increase of age, relative risk for turbidity was 11.99. There was no difference in lenticular opacity between genders. However, the lenticular opacity was related with radiation-exposed working period, type of work and work unit, and the differences were all statistically (χ2=14.029, P<0.01; χ2=14.457, P<0.01; χ2=18.615, P<0.01). Conclusion Ionizing radiation can cause lenticular opacity, and the detection rate of turbidity increased with of working age. The detection rate of interventional radiology staff was the highest.
