摘要

目的 对安徽省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例流行病学资料进行分析,探讨病例发现过程和调查处理措施。方法 按照《人感染高致病性禽流感应急预案》及《安徽省人感染禽流感应急处置技术方案》开展流行病学调查及处置,调查病例禽类接触史、诊疗过程、密切接触者以及当地流感样病例发病情况,采集病例、密切接触者和可疑暴露环境标本进行实验室检测分析。结果 安徽省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例有明确的病死禽接触史,密切接触者中未出现二代病例,部分禽类环境中检出H5N6病毒核酸。结论 安徽省首例人感染H5N6禽流感病例为本地感染病例,可能的感染途径为接触病死禽。提高医疗机构诊断敏感性和强化不明原因肺炎监测工作是及时发现与救治人感染H5N6禽流感疫情的重要手段,活禽交易市场消毒与休市是控制疫情的关键措施。

Abstract

Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics of the first case of avian influenza virus(H5N6) infection in human in Anhui province. Moreover, to review the case detection, survey and treatment. Furthermore, to provide reference for survey and treatment of avian influenza virus(H5N6) infection in human. Methods According to The Master State Plan for Rapid Response to Emergencies of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza Infection in Human and The Anhui Province Technical Protocols for Rapid Response to Emergencies of Avian Influenza Infection in Human, we carried out epidemiological study and treatment, including the history of exposure to poultry, the process of diagnosis and treatment, close contacts, local incidence of influenza-like illness, specimen( patient, close contacts and surroundings which patient may be exposed to poultry) collection and detection. Results In Anhui province, the first case infected with H5N6 influenza virus had a clear history of exposure to sick or dead poultry. There was no secondary cases occurred in close contacts. The H5N6 subtype influenza virus detected in some surrounding samples. Conclusion The first case of avian influenza virus(H5N6) infection in human was local infection in Anhui province. The possible route of infection was contact with sick or dead poultry. To improve medical diagnostic sensitivity and to strengthen the monitoring of pneumonia of unknown causes is an important means of timely detection and treatment for epidemic of human infected with avian influenza A(H5N6) virus. The live poultry markets closed for disinfection is a key measure to control the epidemic.
