目的 分析2015年蚌埠市麻疹疑似病例实验室检测结果,了解麻疹流行状况。方法 采集2015年共784份疑似麻疹病例血清标本,采用酶联免疫捕获法检测血清标本中麻疹IgM抗体,采用荧光定量PCR法检测咽拭子标本中麻疹病毒核酸。结果 检测血清标本784份,麻疹IgM抗体阳性261份,阳性检出率为33.29%;检测咽拭子标本128份,麻疹病毒核酸阳性67份,阳性检出率为52.34%。结论 血清学检测和核酸检测互为补充,结合运用能够提高麻疹病原学诊断的检出率。
Abstract
Objective To analyze the results of laboratory test of suspected measles cases in Bengbu city in 2015, and understand the prevalence of measles. Methods The IgM antibody of measles in serum was detected by ELISA, and the measles virus nucleic acid was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR method. Results There were 261 IgM positive samples detected in total 784 serum samples, and the positive rate was 33.29%. There were 67 measles virus nucleic acid positive samples detected in total 128 throat swab samples, and the positive rate was 52.34%. Conclusion Complementary application of serological detection and nucleic acid detection could improve the detection rate in the diagnosis of measles.
