目的 了解芜湖市65岁以上人群的血清总胆固醇水平及相关影响因素,为采取积极有效的预防措施提供科学依据。方法 采取多阶段抽样的方法,抽取芜湖市三个县(区)的65岁及以上人群2 700人,对所有调查对象进行流行病学问卷调查、身高体重测量及血清总胆固醇检测。结果 2 697名调查对象纳入分析,芜湖市65岁及以上人群血清总胆固醇平均水平(4.79±1.28) mmol/L,血清总胆固醇异常率为30.50%,女性的总胆固醇异常率(35.90%)高于男性的总胆固醇异常率(24.20%)(P<0.001)。多因素线性回归和多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、现在饮酒和体质指数(BMI)是血清总胆固醇水平的影响因素。结论 芜湖市部分县区65岁及以上人群的总胆固醇异常率较高,应加强相关因素的控制及给予老年人相应的干预措施。
Abstract
Objective To study the distribution and associated factors of serum total cholesterol levels among elders in Wuhu city. Methods A multistage sampling was used to select 2700 residents in Wuhu city. All participants had a questionnaire, physical exam and laboratory testing completed in the study. Results Of the 2697 participants with complete data in final analysis, the mean total cholesterol levels of total population was 4.79±1.28mmol/L, the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia and borderline high cholesterol were 30.50%, and the prevalence among women was significantly higher than that in men (P<0.001). In multivariable linear regression model, sex and alcoholic were positively associated with serum total cholesterol levels. In logistic regression model, sex and body mass index (BMI) were associated with the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia and borderline high cholesterol. Conclusions All the Results suggest that the prevalence of the prevalence of hypercholesterolemia and borderline high cholesterol among residents in Wuhu is high. Thus, risk factors intervention should be taken for prevention and control hypercholesterolemia and borderline high cholesterol.
