目的 了解芜湖市经开区6岁以下儿童饮食行为情况,为制定干预和预防措施提供参考。方法 选取经开区3个计划免疫接种点,利用自行设计问卷对6岁以下儿童开展饮食行为调查。结果 调查715名儿童中,537名儿童存在饮食行为问题,总检出率为75.10%,儿童饮食行为问题检出率由0～2岁组68.09%上升至4～6岁组79.47%(χ2趋势=9.853, P＜0.001)。“不良进食习惯”检出率最高,为57.20%,其次为“胃口差”(53.85%),偏食挑食(38.04%),害怕进食(16.22%)。儿童家长喂养行为问题在不同年龄组均不同程度存在。结论 芜湖市经开区6岁以下儿童饮食行为问题不容乐观,应建立综合防控机制,帮助儿童从小养成好的饮食行为和习惯,促进儿童身心健康。
Abstract
Objective To understand the situation of eating behavior of children under 6 years old in Wuhu economic and technological development zone, provide reference for the intervention and prevention measuress. Methods Three planned immunization points were selected in the economic and technological development zone, and the dietary behaviors of children under 6 years old were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Results Of the 715 children suveyed, 537 children had eating behavior problems, and the total positive rate was 75.10%. The detection rate of children's eating behavior problems was increased from 68.09% of 0 to 2 years old group to 79.47% of 4 to 6 years old group(χ2=9.853, P＜0.001). Conclusion The eating behavior problem situation of children under the age of 6 is not optimistic in Wuhu economic and technological development zone. We should establish a comprehensive prevention and control mechanisms to help children develop good eating behavior and habits for then physical and mental health.
