目的 探讨指数评价方法在传染病报告管理质量评价中的应用价值。方法 抽取安徽省不同级别医疗卫生机构55家,调查传染病报告管理组织制度建设、登记与反馈和传染病报告率、报告及时率、一致率、报告卡填写完整率和准确率,建立医疗机构法定传染病报告管理综合质量评价指标体系,采用专家咨询法确定各个指标体权重系数,根据指数大小评价医疗机构法定传染病报告管理综合质量。结果 55家医疗卫生机构法定传染病报告管理综合质量评价指数0.9141,不同地市评价指数差异有统计学意义(F=2.858,P=0.004);不同级别医疗机构,以省级医疗机构指数最高,但差异无统计学意义(F=0.126,P=0.944)。传染病报告率和报告及时率高的医疗机构,指数并不明显高于其它医疗机构。结论 指数评价方法具有良好的实用性、可操作性,可用于医疗机构的传染病报告管理质量评价。
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of index evaluation method in the quality evaluation of infectious disease reporting management. Methods A total of 55 hospitals at different levels were selected and investigated by contents of organizational system construction, registration and feedback of notifiable communicable disease, reporting rate, reporting timeliness rate, completeness and accuracy of reporting cards. Comprehensive evaluation index system to the management and quality of notifiable communicable diseases reporting in medical institutions was established. Expert interview method was performed to determine the index system and weight, comprehensive evaluation index was conducted to evaluate management and quality of notifiable communicable disease reporting. Results The comprehensive evaluation index of 55 institutions was 0.9141, there was significant difference in different areas (F=2.858, P=0.004), but wasn’t at different levels (F=0.126, P=0.944). The comprehensive evaluation index among institutions with higher reporting rate or reporting timeliness rate were not significantly higher than institutions with lower. Conclusion The comprehensive evaluation index system is practical and operable to assess management and quality of notifiable communicable disease reporting in medical institutions.
