目的 了解布鲁氏菌病的流行规律、发病特点,为有效开展布鲁氏菌病防治工作提供依据。方法 对2011~2016年砀山县布鲁氏菌病报告发病水平和感染因素进行流行病学分析。结果 砀山县2011~2016年共报告26例人间布病,其中13例为聚集性病例。结论 砀山县布鲁氏菌病发病水平较高,职业接触且无有效防护是感染风险因素。
Abstract
Objective To understand the epidemic regularity and characteristics of brucellosis to provide basis for effective prevention and treatment of brucellosis. Methods Epidemiological analysis was used to Incidence and infection factors of brucellosis in Dangshan county from 2011 to 2016 was analyzed by epidemiological methods. Results A total of 26 cases of human brucellosis, including 13 cases of clustered cases were reported in Dangshan county. Conclusion Brucellosis incidence was high in Dangshan county, and occupational exposure and no effective protection were the risk factors of infection.
