目的 了解艾滋病确证试验中确证标本和不确定标本的特征,分析确证标本、不确定标本的带型分布情况。方法 收集2008~2017年市辖区各类检测机构艾滋病筛查实验室的艾滋病抗体初筛阳性样本,按《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》要求,使用蛋白印迹法(WB法 )进行艾滋病抗体确证试验。结果 十年期间,艾滋病初筛检测46 145份标本,艾滋病抗体确证阳性1 041份,阳性率为2.26%;抗体不确定为122份,2015年除外,不确定数逐年增加。各确证国产试剂的特异性和敏感性未见差异。结论 蛋白印迹法广泛应用于艾滋病病例的确证,在艾滋病防治工作中发挥着重要作用。

Objective To understand the characteristics of confirmed and uncertain specimens in AIDS confirmation test, and to analyze the band distribution of confirmed and uncertain specimens. Methods HIV antibody first screening positive samples were collected from HIV screening laboratories of various testing institutions in municipal districts of Bengbu City from 2008 to 2017. According to the requirements of National AIDS Testing Technical Specification, the confirmation test of HIV antibody was carried out by western blotting method (WB method). Results During the 10-year period, 46 145 samples were screened and tested for AIDS. Among them, 1 041 were confirmed positive for AIDS antibodies, with a positive rate of 2.26%. The number of uncertain antibodies was 122, with the exception of 2015, the uncertain figures increased year by year. There was no difference in specificity and sensitivity between domestic reagents. Conclusion Western blotting method was widely used in the confirmation of AIDS cases and plays an important role in the prevention and treatment of AIDS.
