舒城县2018年土源性线虫病感染现状调查结果分析

摘要

目的 了解舒城县土源性线虫病流行现状。方法 按地理位置抽取5个乡镇,每个乡镇抽取1个行政村,每个村抽取200名常驻居民,采集粪便标本,对标本采用改良加藤厚涂片法查常见肠道寄生虫卵,钩蚴培养法鉴定钩虫虫种,透明胶带肛拭法检查3~9岁儿童蛲虫卵。结果 共调查1 000人,寄生虫感染人数35人,总感染率为3.50%;其中34人感染钩虫,1人感染蛲虫。有10名钩虫感染者存在家庭聚集性,钩虫感染以低学历、高年龄人群为主,不同文化程度人群钩虫感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=30.558, P<0.05),不同年龄人群钩虫感染率差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.328 , P<0.05)。结论 舒城县土源性线虫感染率小于5%,呈低感染状态,虫种以钩虫为主。

Abstract

Objective To understand the epidemic status of soil-borne nematode disease in Shucheng County. Methods Five townships in Shucheng County were selected, and one administrative village was selected from each township. 200 residents were selected from each village to collect fecal specimens. The eggs of common intestinal parasites were examined by improved Kato thick smear method, hookworm species were identified by hookworm culture method, and pinworm eggs of children aged 3-9 were examined by transparent tape anal swab method. Results A total of 1,000 people were surveyed, and 35 of them were infected with parasites.The total infection rate was 3.50%. Among them, 34 were infected with hookworm and 1 was infected with pinworm. Household aggregation was observed in 10 hookworm-infected individuals. The infection of hookworm is mainly in the low educational background and the high age group. There was statistical significant in hookworm infection rate difference among different educational background groups (χ2=30.558, P<0.05) and different age groups. (χ2=23.328 , P<0.05). Conclusion Soil-borne nematodes in Shucheng County are in a low infection state (infection rate < 5%), and hookworm species are predominant.
