目的 了解安徽省某医科大学临床医学专业学生对循证医学双语教学的认知与需求状况,探讨双语教学方法在高等医学院校应用的前景。方法 采取方便抽样的方法,选取临床医学专业的本科生为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷,调查学生对循证医学双语教学的认知和需求。结果 共调查323名临床医学专业学生,仅有1.9%的学生深入了解双语教学模式,一般或不了解双语教学的学生占64.1%;54.8%的学生认为循证医学课程很有必要或有必要开展双语教学;40.6%的学生希望双语教学的学时数占该课程总学时的60%~80%;16.4%的学生希望双语教学的重点在系统评价和meta分析;不同年级的学生和既往参与双语教学的经历是循证医学双语教学的认知程度和需求情况的影响因素。结论 临床医学专业大学生对循证医学双语教学的认知程度相对较低,但具有较高的需求。采取灵活多变的教学方式、提高教师双语教学的水平、选编难度适宜的教材对双语教学的推广至关重要。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the cognition and needs of clinical medicine students in a medical university in Anhui Province for bilingual teaching of evidence-based medicine, and to explore the prospect of bilingual teaching methods in medical colleges and universities. Methods Clinical medicine undergraduates were selected as subjects by convenient sampling method,self-made questionnaires were used to investigate students cognition and needs for bilingual teaching of evidence-based medicine. Results A total of 323 students participated in this investigation.Only 1.9% of them were well aware of bilingual teaching, and 64.1% have little awareness or were unaware of bilingual teaching. 54.8% of the students realized that it is necessary to use bilingual teaching in evidence-based medicine course. 40.6% of the students hoped that the bilingual teaching hours accounted for 60-80% of the courses. 16.4% of the students hoped that the focus of bilingual teaching is on systematic review and meta-analysis.The different grades of students and their previous experience in bilingual teaching were the influencing factors of the cognitive level and needs situation of evidence-based medicine bilingual teaching. Conclusion The study show a relatively low level of the awareness of bilingual teaching but a relatively high level of demand in these clinical medicine students. Adopting flexible and varied teaching methods, improving the level of bilingual teaching of teachers, and selecting suitable teaching materials are essential for the promotion of bilingual teaching.
