目的 通过分析2013~2015年寿县居民恶性肿瘤发病及死亡情况,了解恶性肿瘤对居民健康的影响。方法 收集整理2013~2015年寿县恶性肿瘤发病、死亡监测数据,分析居民恶性肿瘤的发病(死亡)率、标化发病(死亡)率(中标率)、发病(死亡)顺位等。结果 2013~2015年寿县居民恶性肿瘤发病率分别为251.47/10万、260.62/10万、267.56/10万,不同年份发病率差异无统计学意义(χ²=3.499,P＞0.05),中标率分别为213.83/10万、224.51/10万、234.09/10万。恶性肿瘤死亡率分别为142.05/10万、138.13/10万、139.80/10万, 不同年份死亡率差异无统计学意义(χ²=1.100,P＞0.05),中标率分别为108.89/10万、105.38/10万、108.20/10万。男性恶性肿瘤发病和死亡水平均高于女性。男、女恶性肿瘤发病和死亡随着年龄增长而上升。结论 2013~2015年寿县恶性肿瘤发病死亡趋势无明显变化,胃癌、肺癌是影响寿县居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤。

Objective To analyze the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors among residents in Shouxian County from 2013 to 2015, and to understand the impact of malignant tumors on the health of residents. Methods Data on the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Shouxian County from 2013 to 2015 were collected and analyzed, and the incidence (mortality) rate of the malignant tumors, the standardized incidence (mortality) rate (bid winning rate) , the incidence (mortality) sequence were analyzed. Results From 2013 to 2015, the incidences of malignant tumors in Shouxian County were 251.47/10⁵, 260.62/10⁵ and 267.56/10⁵, respectively, there was no significant difference in incidence among different years(χ²=3.499,P＞0.05), and the bid winning rates were 213.83/10⁵, 224.51/10⁵ and 234.09/10⁵, respectively. The mortality of malignant tumors were 142.05/10⁵, 138.13/10⁵ and 139.80/10⁵ respectively, there was no significant difference in mortality among different years(χ²=1.100,P＞0.05), and the bid winning rates were 108.89/10⁵, 105.38/10⁵ and 108.20/10⁵ respectively. The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in males were higher than those in females.Male and female malignant tumors increased with age. Conclusion From 2013 to 2015, there was no significant change in the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Shouxian County. Gastric cancer and lung cancer were the main malignant tumors affecting the health of residents in Shouxian County.
