目的 了解铜陵市义安区入托入学查验证工作质量,探寻最优查验模式,防止疫苗针对性传染病在学校的发生和流行。方法 对铜陵市义安区2014~2017年入托入学预防接种证查验、补正及疫苗补种情况进行描述性分析。结果 铜陵市义安区2014~2017年入托入学预防接种查验证工作小学、托幼机构覆盖率达100%。2014~2017入托入学儿童共14 338人,平均查验率100%;需补证人数52人,补证率100%。需补种疫苗涉及8种国家免疫规划疫苗;需补种1 602剂次,补种率98.88%。结论 查验思路的创新,有效提高了查验证工作质量,应加强与托幼机构、学校的沟通与协调,加快预防接种证查验信息化工作进度。

Objective To understand the quality of the inspection of vaccination certificates for school enrollment in Yi’an District of Tongling City, and to explore the optimal inspection mode to prevent the occurrence and prevalence of vaccine-specific infectious diseases in schools. Methods Descriptive analysis was made on the inspection, correction of vaccination certificate and vaccination replenishment for school enrollment in Yi’an District of Tongling City from 2014 to 2017. Results From 2014 to 2017, the coverage rate of the inspection work in primary schools and kindergartens was 100%. From 2014 to 2017, a total of 14 338 children were enrolled in kindergartens and primary schools, with an average certificate inspection rate of 100%. The number of people who need to supplement their certificates was 52, with a 100% replenishment rate. The vaccines that children need to be vaccinated involved 8 kinds of national immunization program vaccines, and 1602 doses of vaccines were needed, the replenishment rate was 98.88%. Conclusion Innovation of inspection ideas can effectively improve the quality of inspection and verification. Communication and coordination with kindergartens and schools should be strengthened to speed up the progress of informatization of vaccination certification and inspection.
