目的 评价2013~2018年宿松县常规免疫接种率报告质量。方法 利用常规免疫监测数据采用差值(D)值法、比值(R)值法、脱漏率以及与疫苗用量对全县报告接种率的可靠性进行评价。结果 宿松县2013~2018年乙型肝炎疫苗(HepB)、卡介苗(BCG)、脊灰疫苗(PV)、百白破联合疫苗(DTaP)、麻疹风疹联合减毒活疫苗(MR)、A群C群脑膜炎球菌多糖结合疫苗(MPCV-AC)、乙型脑炎减毒活疫苗(JE-L)常规免疫报告接种率均在97%以上,估算接种率在46.31%~87.01%之间,D值评价“可疑”和“不可信”;R值评价结果66.67%为“可信”;HepB存在首剂次脱漏、PV存在最后一剂次脱漏;80%疫苗使用量评价结果“不合理”。结论 宿松县报告接种率保持在高水平,但存在报告接种偏高和漏报情况,数据报告质量有待提高。

Objective To evaluate the quality of routine immunization coverage report in Susong County from 2013 to 2018. Methods The reliability of the reported vaccination rate in the whole county was evaluated by the difference (D) value method,ratio (R) value method,leakage rate and vaccine dosage. Results The reported routine immunization coverage rate of HepB,BCG,PV,DTaP,MR,MPCV-AC,and JE-L vaccines in Susong County from 2013 to 2018 were all above 97%,and the estimated coverage rate was between 46.31% and 87.01%.Among them,the evaluation results of D value were "suspicious" and "untrustworthy"; the evaluation results of R value were 66.67% of "credible".HepB had the first dose of leakage,PV had the last dose of leakage.80% of vaccine use assessments were “unreasonable”. Conclusion In Susong County,the reported vaccination rate remained at a high level,but there were high reported vaccination and missing reported vaccination,and the quality of data report needs to be improved.
