Abstract

Objective To analyze the risk factors of food safety,stool samples of food borne disease cases in sentinel hospital of Chuzhou City from 2016 to 2018 were detected. Methods According to the case information of foodborne diseases in Chuzhou Integrated Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine (sentinel hospital for foodborne disease monitoring),two fecal samples of each patient with such diseases were collected and cultured for Salmonella,Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Shigella,diarrhea causing Escherichia coli and norovirus nucleic acid detection. Results A total of 467 samples were collected,108 (23.13%) were pathogenic positive,41 (8.78%) were norovirus nucleic acid positive. Diarrhea causing Escherichia coli infection mainly occurred in the third quarter,with a detection rate of 26.32%. Norovirus infection mainly occurred in the fourth quarter,with a detection rate of 25.71%. Among the cases of foodborne diseases,25-34 years old group had the highest incidence (40.74%),the most common occupations of the patients were domestic workers and unemployed (41.67%),and the main exposed food was various foods (36.11%). Conclusion From 2016 to 2018,the food borne diseases in sentinel hospital of Chuzhou City mainly resulted in diarrhea of Escherichia coli and norovirus. It is suggested to strengthen the implementation of monitoring,prevention and control measures to prevent the outbreak of food borne diseases.
