Abstract

Objective To investigate the serogroups,virulence genes and drug resistances characteristics of vibro parahaemolyticus in Hefei City from 2014 to 2019.So as to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of vibrio parahaemolyticus infection. Methods 107 strains of vibro parahaemolyticus were grouped by slide agglutination method,.TLH,TDH and TRH virulence genes were detected by real-time PCR.And drug sensitivity was tested by K-B method. Results The 107 strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus belonged to 6 serogroups.Group O3 was the main serogroup,accounting for 83.2% (89 / 107),followed by group O4,accounting for 13.1% (14 / 107).The detection rates of TLH,TDH and TRH virulence genes were 100% (107 / 107),99.1% (106 / 107) and 0 (0 / 107),respectively.The resistance rates of 107 strains of vibrio parahaemolyticus to ampicillin and cefazolin were high,reaching 84.1% (90 / 107) and 82.2% (88 / 107),respectively.The drug resistance rate to cefoxitin,ceftazidime and cefepime was 0.9% (1 / 107),and it was completely sensitive to piperacillin,norfloxacin,levofloxacin,amikacin,gentamicin,tobramycin,trimethoprim /sulfaisoxazole,tetracycline,chloramphenicol and nitrofurantoin. Conclusion In recent years,the main clinical isolates of vibrio parahaemolyticus in Hefei City are O3 group,the TDH virulence gene carrying rate is very high,and the drug resistance of strains exists,so clinical medication should be standardized.
