Abstract

Objective To analyze the knowledge,attitude and practice of nutrition knowledge among residents during the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic,so as to provide scientific basis for home dietary nutrition guidance. Methods The knowledge,attitudes and dietary behaviors related to nutrition prevention and treatment of 1 084 netizens were analyzed through online survey,and logistic regression analysis was performed on the influencing factors. Results The effective response rate of the survey was 98.5%.The age of participants was 12 to 66 years old,and the females accounted for 62.7%.In terms of nutritional knowledge cognition,48.2% of the subjects had good cognition.Logistic regression analysis showed that age ≤22 years old,students,and those with normal nutritional status had good nutritional knowledge cognition performance.74.4% of the subjects had good nutritional attitudes.Logistic regression analysis showed that males,age ≤22 years old,and monthly income ≤2 000 yuan were at higher risk of bad nutritional attitudes.The daily intake compliance rate of fruits,vegetables,meat,eggs,nuts,milk and their products were 51.5%,42.2%,51.3%,57.6%,20.6% and 13.8% respectively,the frequency of eating coarse grains was 2 to 3 times per week. Conclusion During the COVID-19 epidemic,residents’ nutritional attitudes were generally good,but it was still necessary to raise awareness of epidemic-related nutritional knowledge,enhance healthy diet beliefs,and strengthen scientific and reasonable dietary behaviors.
