Objective To analyze HIV infection and its influencing factors among male STD outpatients in Anhui province from 2010 to 2020,so as to provide valuable information for the prevention and control of HIV infection in this pupulation. Methods During the sentinel surveillance period from 2010 to 2020,a repetitive cross-sectional survey was conducted among male STD outpatients in 16 cities of Anhui Province.The social demographic,behavioral and serological information was collected through questionnaire survey and blood sample collection. Results A total of 65 043 male STD outpatients were investigated.From 2010 to 2020,the positive rates of HIV antibody were 0.2%,0.3%,0.3%,0.5%,0.5%,0.6%,0.7%,1.0%,1.1%,1.0% and 0.6%,respectively (χ2trend=53.069,P＜ 0.001).The total positive rate of HIV antibody was 0.6%.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that unmarried (AOR=6.051,95%CI:1.495～24.485) and had sexually transmitted disease in last year (AOR=2.762,95%CI:2.254～3.384) were the risk factors of HIV infection in male STD outpatients. Conclusion The positive rate of HIV antibody among male STD outpatients in Anhui province is increasing.It is necessary to expand the HIV testing in STD outpatients of medical system,and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of HIV publicity and intervention.
