Objective To evaluate the retest consistency of the questionnaire on influencing factors of myopia among students,so as to provide reference for improving the design of the questionnaire. Methods The self-filling method was used for the survey.After the first survey,the second survey was conducted on the students in the same class at an interval of 1 month.The consistency rate of the questionnaire was calculated by SPSS 15.0 software. Results A total of 572 students were surveyed,including 52.10% boys and 47.90% girls,46.50% elementary students in grades 4-6 and 53.50% middle school students.The questionnaire contained 28 single choice questions,and the overal retest consistency rate was about 56.49%,and the overall retest reliability was 0.573.There was no difference in the consistency rate between different genders (χ2 = 0.305,P=0.581),but there was significant difference in the consistency rate between different grades (χ2 =32.221,P＜0.001).The consistency rates of various kinds of questions from high to low were Classified-type (73.72%),Count-type (72.12%),Time-type (59.38%) and Frequency-type (52.75%). Conclusion The overal retest consistency rate of the questionnaire is not high,the questions with low retest consistency should be modified.
