Risk assessment of public health emergencies in Anhui Province in 2022

Abstract

Objective To screen out the risk assessment topics that Anhui Province needs to pay attention to in 2022,and to evaluate the level of attention and key areas or places of each topic in different months,so as to put forward targeted risk management suggestions. Methods Based on the surveillance data of public emergencies,infectious diseases surveillance data and relevant thematic analysis information in Anhui Province in the past five years,the risk assessment topics were screened using the expert consultation method.The topics were then identified,analyzed and evaluated for risk through the expert consultation method.We obtained the risk assessment results at last. Results There may be an outbreak of COVID-19,influenza,human infection with avian influenza,norovirus infectious diarrhea,hand- foot-mouth disease,cholera and other bacterial intestinal infectious diseases,fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome,leptospirosis,scrub typhus,epidemic hemorrhagic fever,brucellosis,chicken pox,and measles in Anhui Province in 2022.There may be mushroom poisoning incidents,carbon monoxide poisoning incidents,aluminum phosphide poisoning incidents,heat stroke incidents and foodborne diseases incidents in Anhui Province in 2022.Infectious diseases or events had different risk levels and concern levels in different months. Conclusion There are many public health risk assessment topics for emergencies that need to be paid attention to in Anhui Province in 2022.It is necessary to do a good job of emergency preparedness in the months with high incidence of infectious diseases or events.All cities in the province need to improve the joint prevention and control mechanism,and need to coordinate and integrate resources from multiple departments.All cities should implement the prevention and control measures,and do a good job of multi-disease prevention.
