Abstract

Objective To analyze the non-Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) vaccination situation in Jinzhai County from 2016—2020. Methods Non-EPI vaccination data of 2016—2020 in Jinzhai County were collected through the China Immunization Planning Information Management System.Then the data were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results A total of 17 7517 doses (673.94 doses per 10 000 population) of non-EPI vaccines were administered during 2016—2020 in Jinzhai County.The number of vaccination doses per capita increased from 474.57 to 942.44 doses per 10 000 population.The number of varieties of non-EPI vaccines increased from 10 to 13.The per capita usage of non-EPI vaccines in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas.The rate of non-EPI vaccines substituting for EPI vaccines increased from 1.72% in 2016 to 7.79% in 2020. Conclusion The use of non-EPI vaccines in Jinzhai County is on the rise.However,the overall vaccination level is not high.
