Abstract

Non-communicable diseases pose a critical public health problem globally,probably due to the complicated etiology,the lifelong disease courses,and the challenges in primary prevention of the abnormalities.The development of the new information technologies such as internet plus,wearable devices,interactive intelligent voice,and artificial intelligence provide diverse novel approaches to prevent and control non-communicable diseases,greatly improve the efficiency of the prevention and control,and providing new methods and ideas for reducing the burden of chronic diseases.This review systematically summarizes the current application of new information technology in chronic disease prevention and control,analyzes potential problems and challenges,and aims to provide reference for more effective application of new information technology in chronic disease prevention and control.
