The impact of early childhood exercise on cognitive and mental health

Abstract

Early exercise is an important process in children's early development and plays an important role in promoting their health and growth and development.In recent decades,early childhood exercise has received great attention,and relevant knowledge is constantly increasing.However,there is still limited research on early childhood (0-5 years old).Although foreign studies have shown that early childhood exercise has many benefits for overall health,psychosocial health,and cognitive development,there is still a lack of relevant research in China.Therefore,this article provides a review of previous research aimed at describing the impact of early childhood exercise on cognitive and mental health,popularizing the importance of early childhood exercise,enriching the connotation of child health,and providing intervention basis for further promoting early childhood development.
