Objective To investigate the phthalates contamination and pollution status of plasticizer migration in white spirits and beverage in Hefei markets. Methods According to National Food Pollution and Hazardous Factors Risk Manual(2013) and GB/T 21928-2008 Determination of Phthalate Esters in Foods using optimized gas chromatography-mass-mass spectrometry coupled detector detection, 16 type of phthalates (dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, diisobutyl phthalate, et al) were detected in 22 whiter spirits and 15 beverage samples. Results The detection rate of phthalic acid esters were 100% in the 22 whiter spirits samples and 15 beverage samples. And the maximum detection of 16 kinds of phthalic acid esters were among 2.15 μg/L -6345.27 μg/L and 9.35 μg/L -5 756.82 μg/L, the diisobutyl phthalate of 2 samples were more than 300.00 μg/L with the over standard rate of 9.09%, the bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate of 5 samples were more than 1 500.00 μg/L with the over standard rate of 22.73% in the 22 whiter spirits samples; the diisobutyl phthalate of 4 samples were more than 300.00μg/L with the over standard rate of 26.67%, the bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate of 7 samples were more than 1 500.00μg/L with the over standard rate of 46.67% in the 15 beverage samples. Conclusion The white spirit and beverage contained a variety of PAEs, so the potential harm and risk need to be further evaluated.
