Abstract

Objective To analyze and study the effects of behavioral intervention on hyperuricemia in power plant employees. Methods 742 workers of a power plant were screened for hyperuricemia by taking blood samples to detect the level of serum uric acid.Questionnaires were sent out to investigate the knowledge of prevention of hyperuricemia among the workers, and the psychological intervention, diet intervention and health promotion measures were implemented for two years. Results After behavioral interventions,the detection rate of hyperuricemia in workers decreased from 24.80% in 2016 to 4.18% in 2018. Conclusion The appropriate behavior intervention has a positive effect on the control of hyperuricemia in power plant employees.
