Research progress on eating behavior problems in preschool children

Abstract

Objective Preschool children are in a critical period of growth and development, and the occurrence of eating behavior problems in early childhood will bring many health risks to later childhood.In recent years, the topic of eating behavior problems of preschool children has been paid more and more attention by many scholars.However, there are huge differences in the results and conclusions about the prevalence and influencing factor in the reported studies on eating behavior problems of preschool children.Therefore, this paper was performed to review the definition, prevalence, evaluation tools, influencing factors and intervention measures of eating behavior problems in preschool children, in order to provide evidence for the later research.
