Abstract

Objective To understand the health status of women and the main risk factors affecting their health through prenatal eugenic health examination,so as to put forward targeted pertinent intervention measures to reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes and the risk of birth defects. Methods According to the prenatal eugenic health examination data of 1 332 women in Anqing City from January 1 to June 30,2018,the correlation factors of the number of disease types among pregnant women participating in the examination were analyzed by single factor and multi-factor ordered multi-classification logistic regression model. The survey data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 software. Results The average age of 1 332 women was (31.1±5.7) years old.53.9% of the total were over 30 years old.The top three diseases were gynecological diseases (32.4%),thyroid dysfunction (25.5%) and infectious diseases (8.6%).After adjusting the mixed factors of age, occupation, education level, pregnancy times, parity and cesarean section history,it was found that people aged "20 ~" and "30 ~",professions as workers, service industries and teachers, medical staff and civil servants were negatively correlated with the number of diseases. Conclusion Age,education level and occupation are related to the health status of women participating in the examination.According to the actual demographic situation of women participating in the examination, health guidance before childbirth should be given to further reduce the risk of birth defects in Anqing area.
